Our office is located in the beautifully renovated Granville Business Center on Riverside's historic Magnolia Avenue. Situated 500 ft. from Riverside's Landmark Parent Orange Tree, our office is a couple minutes away from eateries, shopping centers, fitness centers, parks and more. This 1930s constructed building is home to professionals which primarily include attorneys and educational services. We are a secure ADA-compliant facility with code entry.

Our office is located upstairs for maximum privacy. Parents of children under  years of age may join the test session. Downstairs, we offer a comfortable space for parents of older children to wait until the conclusion of their child's appointment. We offer quiet, comfortable seating, freshly brewed Keurig coffee, magazines, Wi-Fi and television access with receptionist support. Television options include cable TV, Netflix, Hulu and Disney+ access. Downstairs offices also include attorneys and family therapists, so we ask that families be mindful of conversational volume.

Our conference room, situated on the main floor, allows our clients to test in a space next door to the parent waiting area and our restroom facilities. Our clients with wheelchair mobility may access this testing room with ease. Here, we also provide small group trainings to parents and organizations interested in expanding their knowledge of disabilities and assessment.. The luxurious décor of our conference room allows for a welcoming and comfortable experience. 

Situated just outside our conference room, this cozy seating area is available for your use as you wait.  Read an interesting book or use your favorite app while sipping a freshly-brewed cup of coffee. You will find yourself surrounded by professional offices and ADA accessible spaces. A single occupant restroom is conveniently located just around the corner. 

Located upstairs just outside next to the waiting area, this business nook is available for your use while you wait. Pour a fresh cup of coffee, warm up a snack, or gain Wi-Fi access while to wait for your child's test session to conclude. Please seek assistance from our clerk for any assistance. 

Our office is specifically located in a space away from common Granville business traffic. Testing standards require that we maintain a private protocol free of distractions for our clients. Here, our preschool clients and their parents have access to a private testing area, an ADA-accessible restroom, Wi-Fi access, and sufficient floor space for play observations.

We make a deliberate effort to provide a safe and secure testing experience, that includes our efforts to provide a clean testing  environment. After every visit, we clean and disinfect our desks, tables, doorknobs and testing materials. Toys are cleaned and dried individually to ensure thorough cleansing after every use. New pencils used are taken home or thrown away. Administrator easels are not generally handled by clients as children generally call out, point, or write down their answers. Multiple times weekly, a detailed cleaning of the building and office spaces is conducted. Sufficient disinfectant gels, wipes and sanitary supplies are available in all restroom and office facilities. Hand sanitizer, Kleenex and disinfectant wipes are available during test sessions. We make great effort to guarantee your child's welfare during their assessment time with us. 

The following electronic practices are used to minimize risk of viral or bacterial contagion:

• Information is gathered electronically through the use of PDF, Dropbox, TinyScanner, or emails
• Parent and teacher online questionnaires are offered
• Email communication and written logs are maintained
• Telephone interviews with parents
• For Autism, use of the ADI-R (comprehensive interview) in place of the ADOS-II when social contact & play are restricted. 
• Electronic delivery of final report
• Teleconference IEP participation

In-office assessment safeguards and practices:

• Student and parent must be asymptomatic for any illness (i.e., free of fever, cough, shortness of breath, allergies, chills, digestive problems, muscle pain, fatigue, sore throat, loss of sense/smell, and general malaise)  
• Hand washing upon entry if dirty
• Mask worn at all times in common areas until further notice 
• Use of restroom before start of session
• Use of audio-recorded assessments, whenever possible and appropriate 
• Test responses are offered by pointing or written tasks, whenever possible
• Minimize the use of manipulatives
• Online tests, as appropriate
